Was checking out Gonz’s blog (he’s an avid Hillsong fan) and saw an amazing video. It sure looks like Reuben Morgan singing in Spanish! The video clip shows the song Dios Puede Salvar - Mighty To Save.

Err well its not that i know Spanish and could translate the words and tell you the name of the song. But Dios Puede Salvar tune was exactly the same as Mighty to Save! Yups that’s how i figured it out.

Hillsong Mighty To Save is an awesome worship album.

The songs are simply great and just gets you into worship.

Recorded on March 5th, 2006 and led by Darlene Zschech and the Hillsong team, over 10,000 worshippers at the Sydney Entertainment Centre sang, danced and worshipped their God wholeheartedly and without reserve.

This aint a new song. How Great is our GOD i believe has been in existance since 2004, when Chris Tomlin released it in his Arriving CD. But i believe it was made even more popular last year and early this year by both Passion 05 and Hillsong London.

As for me, i’ve heard the song over Christian Radio Channels, but suprisingly have not sung this song in church before. Dunno for what reason, but it just was not done.

How Great is Our God is such a majestic song, a song that proclaims God’s Greatness (as in the title of the song), and the song just builds up to such a cresendo as you sing and worship God with this song. I love the build up of the Chorus … to the Bridge and back to the Chorus. And there’s so many variations that you can do with this song.

In fact of all the releases of this song, i love the acappella section done by Hillsong London - Jesus Is - that was really brillant.

Above all, I love what Passion 05 did. They did a medley of How Great is Our God straight into Then Sings My Soul. It was just so awesome when they did. So if u have not tried that variation, try it out in your church… its such a great medley of songs.

Darlene Zschech and Cindy Cruse Ratcliff at Lakewood Church Video

Awesome, was really glad to stumble on this youtube website that featured three quality videos of Darlene and Cindy. Wow .. i mean i love the songs from Hillsong, and i also love the songs from Lakewood Church. (For those who do not know, that’s where Israel Houghton is from as well, and he did a couple of albums with Cindy Cruse Ratcliff).

Anyway, the videos are three parts recordings of the church service at Lakewood Church (Houston, Texas), each video is about 10mins long in playback time. You also get to see Lakewood’s pastor, Pastor Joel Osteen and his entire Church, its huge, with two teams of Choir in the background and a huge Band (pretty full).

Therefore the buffering will take a while. But i would say be patient and it will definitely be worth the wait.

There are just so many songs on the Holy Spirit. In fact when i first heard this song, i thot the title of this song should be called Come Holy Spirit, but yes Fall In This Place is also totally appropriate for this song.

Its a great Holy Spirit song, and I like the way the song builds up during the song and towards the chorus and the end.

Our youth church (GTYC) did it last Sunday. Hmm will try and see if they did a recording of the song Try it out in your church.. i am sure u will be blest too :)

Danny Chambers : Closer

This is such a refreshing CD to listen to. Danny Chambers is prophethic in nature, as he leads u in worship and into the presence of God. Its just brilliant.

I mean, I was also listening to my CD Changer of Mighty To Save (Hills), Pick It Up (Planet Shakers), Set Me Free (Paradise Live) non stop, when I played Closer by Danny Chambers.

Wow! Its really different and really cool. From upbeat songs to Rap to songs which are uplifting and to a prophethic word at the very end of the CD. Its really great and different. As in different from the rest. Anyway … go check it out and listen to the songs, sample the different variety that he has compiled together in this CD. I am sure you will be Blest!!

The song that really stuck to me is Song No.4 Livin’ in Me. This song is just so different in style and really gets you up and moving and just Praising God!!
